Newspaper Classifieds Advertise Jobs for Working RVers and Work Campers
Classified ads in local newspapers
provide often overlooked work available for RVers. Check the headings of
"Help Wanted" or "Employment." Except for the name,
address, and phone number, the ad below is as it appeared in the weekly paper
of a smaller, mid-size town we visited. Similar ads appear in newspapers across
the country. They offer genuine opportunities for people who are willing to
work.
The ad below was for a temporary
employment agency. The day I spoke with them, they had a surplus of jobs —
more positions open than what they had workers to fill them. They tell me that
is typical.
